Born from the fusion of the experience of the company director and the brand strategy consultant, Marque & Management believes that it is necessary to reaffirm the importance of the concept to build in-depth strategies in the service of efficiency.

THE WHOLE

Implies not thinking in a specific, segmented or simplified way. It is necessary to analyse and understand everything that characterises a company, a brand or an institution. Considering the Whole leads to a global knowledge of the challenges and enables to choose the most decisive strategic way.

Every strategy must first ask itself the question of the addressee and what is at stake. In fact, there are multiple external or internal addressees, consumers or citizens, shareholders, suppliers, regional or local authorities… The priority is to think and act according to the receiver and not the sender.

THE CONCEPT

Qualifying and unifying, the concept allows to express and embody the strategy as well as to define actions to be carried out to reach the set objectives. It must therefore have a single, clear and targeted meaning. Without a concept there is no strategy, and without strategy there is no effective action.
